Welcome to Hultzen Tech. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (www.hultzentech.com), services, and any associated content or communications (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Hultzen Tech provides IT support, consulting, cybersecurity, and AI integration services to individuals and small businesses in California, both remotely and in-person.

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our Services.

While we strive to resolve IT and cybersecurity issues efficiently, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or timeframes. All Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt unauthorized access to any system or network.
• Introduce malware or any harmful code.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own devices and data. We are not liable for any data loss or corruption unless directly caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hultzen Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hultzen Tech and its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Hultzen Tech or its licensors and is protected under U.S. copyright and trademark laws.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts located in Sacramento County, California.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
